  2. When we look back over history Capitalism/ International finance has been the bulwark for Liberalism. Nationalism would of been a far better option then conservatism. The nation state failed to use its POWER to control international finance and the oligarchs, now the oligarchs control the nation state. Bulkanization is a better option now than to continue to lose everything. We need to start to build parallel institutions ASP.
