  1. We need to focus on localism, as long-term bulkanization is coming. If there is a financial collapse it is possible some of these immigrants will leave (this maybe wishful thinking but I hope so).

  3. True. But Globalisation has destroyed the nation state democracy. We are ruled in the interests of international finance. We probably can't vote ourselves out of this nightmare at this stage.
