  1. In my lifetime the decline in quality of Police has been massive. A University education is probably the last thing we need on the front line (not the same in the office) as Liberalism goes into decline. The big cities are going to be a nightmare to control over the next decades. When we got burgled in East London the Policeman that eventually turned up looked 9, couldn't dress himself and was hopeless. My mum said the safest she ever felt was Spain under Franco. Don't think we should go that far, but we need a balance. Liberalism is in a real crisis.
