  2.  @TomMorterLaing  we had a better NHS BEFORE mass immigration. Immigration is capitalism importing an over supply of labour in, which is a race to the bottom particularly for the working class. Oligarchs love immigration. Back in the day even Bernie Sanders was anti immigration. Capitalism will never invest in training or increase pay and conditions if it can just fly in labour. The Left was and should be AGAINST immigration. It reduces humans to economic units in the intrests of international finance capitalism. My part of East London has collapsed into Mogadishu.
