  2. Visionary. Instead of buying dollars trying to manage the flood of migrants - raise the standard of living at home. The paradigm for insightful action going forward. Can be replicated globally - like with the USA and Mexico and Latin America and South America. Me? I'd fund Africa transportation infrastructure - China Beltand Road - but without the China hooks into the local country - Like and investment in the expansion of the EU - towards the South. If the Middle East was not so addicted to relentless never ending pointless conflict - they could raise their standards of living too. No idea why they are hell bent on mainting low standards of living - with so much access to the Mediterranean Sea and the dry Mediterranean climates.
