The key is the fact DA Willis negotiated very strict contract terms for everyone she hires - because - she has such limited budget. So if you are looking to get rich - you do not take a job at the Fulton County DA Office. All of the actors have options for far more favorable gigs. The key is the cap on billable hours in the contract. iThe key is Wade forgone compensation - lost money due to working hours past the hours cap. There is no scenario you can spin that into a scam to self enrich - through fraud. or gaming the system to self enrichment. Apparently average salaries across Georgia do not support a concept of self enrichment scheme either. We'll see what the judge comes up with. The judge is giving the Willis accusers tremendous lattitude. I wonder if he will also give the generous attitude to the defendants in the actual trial. The judge is in a bad spot facing the prospect of having to sentence a whole lot of people to Fulton County Jail. Ouch. maybe he can arrange to lose his election and passs the buck on it. The damage is done for trump - he allowed himself to be arrested and booked - submitting to the authority of the COUNTY. Not even the state. The county.   34. the judge's decision was wrong. The original motion was to disqualify DA Willis. You either disqualify her or you don't. Nathan Wade - never enters into to it - one way or the other. If you don;t disqualify DA Willis - Wade can Stay. This one or the other - is bogus and complete nonsense. We'll see what the GA Supreme Court does. The GA Supreme Court - should Clarify it.
