  4. The criminal neglect is Biden NOT acting unilaterally in invoking US National Defense Imperative using existing budget - to supply Ukraine. That is criminal neglect. Biden got it right there is criminal neglect. He got it wrong blaming Congress. Biden is the one criminally negligent. Biden clearly has no concept of the power of POTUS. It is a US National Tragedy.

I can only assume that the Biden Administration is shouldering the National Security Imperative of the Executive Branch - And is fully supplying Ukraine right now - regardless of the disfunction in the House. It is imperative for Ukraine to deny Avdiivka to the enemy invaders - not only today, tomorrow, next week, next month next year - but until the end of time..
