Say to russia - you cannot do war on the EU and NATo in Ukraine - and expect to keep any assets in Europe or NATO protected countries. Say to russia and putin - you do not get to have it both ways - cry about NATO, use NATO to justify wart, and then exploit the benefits and luxuries afforded by the stability and safety of NATO protected countries. Since you claim NATO is a threat and use NATO to justify war on Europe in Ukraine - then ALL of your assets in NATO protect countries - are forfeit. Russia must forfeit ALL Assets held in NATO protected countries - including the USA and Canada. All of the trillions of dollars of russia assets - kept in NATO protected countries. That affects primarily russia elite and let's face it - putin led russia elite - ARE the center of the problem.

  12. If I am Ukraine - I do not sit around waiting for benefactor nations to pull their heads out of their butts. I figure out how to raise cost to russia to maintain presence in Ukraine - using resource on-hand. Geurrilla warfare is an effective low cost option. Insurgency - is just as good or better. Asymmetric and impossible to defend against - it can have russia looking for the exits in less than one year.
