  5. Bexit is a putin project. Brexit is putin transparently, nakedly running simple minded Machiavellian Divide and Conquer on Britain Europe and NATO. Not sure why conservative in the UK fell for it. We know putin always seeks out hard right conservatives. They are the Weakest Link in any society. Simplistic minded people of easy persuasion - they'd sell out anything for a buck. Including their country and the society that sustains them. putin flooded conservative London with Ruso Piero Dollars and bought a Breixt. Easy.  The fallacy is that Brexit matters. It doesn't. If the Channel meant nothing in 1066, then it means nothing in 2016 and nothing in 2024. The UK is in and of Europe and there is nothing anyone can do to change that. Fixating on Brexit is a gift to putin. It is the residue of the divide and conquer.   If the Brexit vote had gone the other way.- fixating on the cost to stay - would still be a gift to putin. What really matters is - what is the Europe vision to contribute to the advancement of the cause of humanity in 2024 to 2100? What matters is what is the UK vision to contribute t the advance of humanity in our constrained biosphere - in 2024 through 2100? That is what matters. To the extent that there is alignment between Europe and the UK - go for it. Me? I'd reunite Europe and the UK - with the UK going all in - accepting the Euro. If Germany gave up the mark and France the Franc and Portugal the Escudo and Spain the Peso and Italy the Lira - then the UK can give up the Pound.
