I am 20 years old, and you have just described most of my life: 'an introvert', afraid of judgment, 'playing my role', unable to talk with others, listening to melancholic/ambient music, and so on. All of it. I always thought that this is, well, 'normal', that this is how things are supposed to be, that this is who I am. However, for the past few months I am at my lowest, and I was thinking a lot about my life so far. I had this feeling that something might be wrong with me, but after watching your video — I think I finally got my answer.

@JohnDoe-u9u I don't know about you, but I avoid the pop music, because I just think about it as playing a happy song during a funeral. It just doesn't fit the mood.

@ That I probably have autism. I still have to visit a psychologist to be 100% sure, but most of my 'symptoms' match with what was said in the video.

@TotalTrashMammal2017 Good for you, then. Unlike you, I don't cope with fear and stress that well. I don't even know what makes me so anxious. I just got used to it, but my body can't say the same. Everything hurts: my legs, back, head and even heart. Life just sucks for me. Regardless, thanks for the kind words. Have a good day as well 👍

@barnvandiebos9070 This is one of the most ridiculous comments I've seen. Life has always been difficult. Telling people to 'just change' without considering the challenges they face is oversimplified and unhelpful. If it were that easy, no one would struggle in life. Comparing us to some generic dude from another era is just bizarre. The world is completely different now than it was 2,000 years ago. Society, expectations, and struggles have completely changed. 'You're a grown man, stop whining' isn't advice — it’s just dismissive nonsense. Emotions are a natural part of being human, and expressing them doesn’t make someone weak — whether they are a man or a woman, which makes your statement not only dumb, but sexist as well.
