It´s a nice design for this segment – looks very much Mazda and they laid down this Design DNA all the way back to 2007-2008 and it has been holding its own for all that time – Good concept job they did at that time. Though I really do not like to compare car designs directly to each other e.g the new Ford Focus has a lot of Mazda Design DNA about it (not talking signatures, or details but overall line flow and volume shapes etc.). The price is very decent as well.
