The review was great as always – But this GLE is a pretty boring car when considering it is a quite expensive Mercedes SUV. The exterior is so so (a bit too chunky for its own good and a not so great stance IMO) – but it follows the expressions of earlier GLE´s so that might appeal to buyers who already had one and just want to upgrade – But I really do not see much want-ability unless you are already an MB fan. The interior is also on the boring side, quality is great as to be expected, but the cabin appears very dark overall – at least in this trim. As such I do not think this car is gonna take a larger part of the large SUV market – the competition is simply to hard and MB has played it safe with the GLE, perhaps a bit too safe.
