Sorry, but I´m not sure that anybody really knows Trumps exact plans. What leaders, politicians and media personalities say is not necessarily truth, neither is it necessarily lies and it can be both - But there is no way to be sure without evidence. When investigation leads to a dead ends, the next choice is nearly always to follow the money - Which in this case is the essence of it all.
This is not about politics really - This is about tax evasion on a very high level and it includes persons from all over the world and from all kind of political segments, Queen of england, Syrian President, people in Trumps administration, Some very rich so called Democrats, Bono U2, Russian Billionaires with ties to Putin, Apple, Nike and the list goes on an on. There is no political ideology here, its all about the money and its all about not participating in the societies under their respectful laws.
Other than that - Yes consumers do hold a lot of power if they buy products from "healthy" companies and producers - Companies that do not appear to act as alienated from society. The best way to know companies and producers is usually to buy local, not only national but local whenever possible.
I hear a hint in what you write - Getting the jobs back. But we might be too late for that, since the AI and robot revolution is coming to the doorsteps extremely fast now, and that sadly will generate even more people without a job, unless we are getting re educated/updated to move a long with that progression.
If we consider why all those companies and people move so much money to so called tax heavens - Then one must at least consider the possibility that some of these people expect a economic change or perhaps even some kind of collapse - and those with money outside, will then have an extreme advantage in the aftermath.
People in general does not care that some people are very rich - but its not right if these riches are acquired by extractions of taxpayer money, neither if they are gained by illegal activities. And no one should ignore 21 Trillion dollars - That is such an immense sum of money, that it will be hard to describe what can be achieved with such a sum if it where to be put into active use in the various countries and amongst the people and the legal businesses and companies.
The Paradise Papers are beyond Trump - Its a far more extended practice, a far more complex net of very powerful people and companies that all seams to utilize the exact same loopholes for the exact same reasons.
At least it must be fair to conclude that there is no morale to be preached by the Persons or the companies who participate or is linked to this tax evasion catastrophe. They are avoiding to pay their fair share to the societies in which they live and/or operate in and must therefor be regarded as profit leaches.

Not sure I follow you on the "no difference between "radical islam" and islam". With all the main religions we currently have and have had, the issue of the message(s) is very often a matter of interpretation, which then spurs various actions which might be radical such as killings, suicide bombings, other related violence or if we go back in history e.g. Witch Burnings. Is that not what defines radicalism, when persons or groups of persons make actions that is to be considered Radical by the general morale of the current society.
I guess one would not be labeled radical because of being e.g a Republican, but if one is a member of and active KKK fraction and a Republican, then the definition could be somewhere around the "Being a Radical Republican or Radical Rightwing. In the same way if you have a Muslim that lives a normal life and does not make radical actions against others, then he or she can not be called a "radical muslim" contrary to the Muslim that picks up a suicide belt or plants a roadside bomb etc.
Most persons that end up taking part in radical behaviour either have severe personality issues or they have a dramatic history that lead them into this - Revenge would be just one example factor, perhaps coming from desperation of loosing persons you love. A few might be born into a social group that lives by a radical order and therefore might never have learned or experienced anything else. Last there are always men who just like to see the world burn.
I can not see how "Radical Islam" and "Islam" can be considered the same, it would be like saying that all "Christians" are "Fanatic Christians Willing to kill in the name of Good".
There is also Football Fans and there radical Hooligans - They do not share the same view on how to celebrate the game.
