On the modern work office gender or sexual orientation does not matter or at least it should not matter - the only thing that should matter is how well the employee is at his/her job, thus fitting the culture of the company. Any ceo firing or avoiding an expert to a key position would be mad to base the decision on anything else than the core of task needing expertise +the social fit, but even that doesn’t matter for some positions. Once on social media for my Scandinavian county, women debating that our country only had 8 female ministers vs our neighboring country having 11. So I essentially asked if I then should have voted extreme right against my political views just because several of these parties were lead by women?. Thus reminding the forum that we had a queen, a female prime minister, that the EU was lead by Merkel, that we had a highly top tier influential woman in the EU. After that silence occurred in that forum - not one person there responded. And I’m a behaved person, I don’t use bad language or agitated wording. Don’t get to one sided anybody, it’s not about gender but about personality, character and whatever one finds with another person that matters. 🖖👽✌️
