Set-asides personalities, Biden policies are much more in tune with where Europe is heading – especially on the Green Tech part – energy independence based on natural resources will only last till we run out of them, and yes we use energy to create green energy, but we will not run out of the wind, the sun, waves and earth heat at any foreseeable future and very possibly even more sustainable energy sources are gonna show up within 5-15 years. (despite eXxon, Shell and a few others could have changed all that for a very long time, but they did not).
