  1. An emergency? – really, ok. but then who is going to protect the southern border while the construction is happening? – likely it will take at least more than a year to build at the wall. If there was an emergency on the southern border I am sure the USA would have enough military and security organizations to send to that border – so perhaps Trump should start with that – in any case, someone must protect the workers from the murdering, rapist people from the south while they construct the wall. Nobody ever solved an Emergency by starting to build a +2000 miles long wall in steel – "Emergency!!!" + "Very Long Steel Wall" combined does not make any sense what so ever. Trump will push the USA into an emergency so that all bad things coming towards him will be forgotten in the chaos that emerges – at least this seems like fairly plausible reason in regard to bringing up the Wall as a reason to shut down the government, then call for a national emergency, giving him expanded presidential options. Trump might be the con artist of the century.
