These cars are not about making sense - it is statement cars, and by the statement, the size of your wallet is included in the message. You can also buy a Dacia Duster and it will get you to your destination with almost the same amount of space – but you don´t buy it if you can afford an RSQ8, and you do not buy and RSQ8 if you can afford a Lamborghini Urus. Many cars share the same platforms these days – AUDI under VW and you might as well buy a well specked Skoda for far less money. In fact, talking about paying for the Brand and in that sentence mentioning AUDI is not making any sense – in most cases, you could buy other VW brands and repeat exactly what you said in your comment, but I guess you would not if you like AUDI.

@basichowto3355 Yes that is true too. If I look out of my window here in Berlin, Germany I can see many Audi´s around, but I rarely see a Lamborghini.
