  1. Honestly, I don't believe we hate the rich - we hate the greedy. It's the blood sucking a holes who don't know the meaning of enough or too much. I don't envy the rich. Not even a little. I am a minimalist, and I enjoy my life. Sometimes, I work. Sometimes I travel. Either way, I enjoy my life.

  3. Portugal is desperate for a reason. Ask the 2 million Portuguese who live outside. When you learn the language, it's a very different Portugal. Living in a bubble and only speaking with English speaking people does not allow you the real Portuguese experience. Portuguese people will gladly take your money with a smile, but many of them don't care for foreigners and if you are a foreigner of color, even less.

  4. I saw that coming. I lived in Portugal a few years back. It is absolutely beautiful, but the people are not the friendliest. Also, it is a poor country. And although I speak the language, I never felt welcomed. Many Portuguese people are not interested in having non Portuguese friends. Americans who are praising Portugal are the Americans who only have English speaking friends. Americans are overpaying in rent, which is creating a homelessness problem there. I would love to know the numbers. Is it a few hundred or a few thousand?

  6. Andrew, most people who come here, come here because they find you interesting. I, personally enjoy your honesty and openness. You have helped a lot of people. You should focus on that. Ignore that haters. They have nothing better to do. Keep up the good work.

  7. I love Mexico and Central America. The people are absolutely amazing. I lived in Portugal, and I hated it, but some Americans love it.

  10. The US has had shooting in schools, churches, concerts, and other places. You're pretty much not safe anywhere - big or small cities. Some people are better off not traveling to non white countries. The Europeans couldn't wait to leave Europe, but now they just want to romanticize it. The world is bigger than North America and Europe. And by the way, I hate Portugal!

  13. I don't always believe statistics. Americans keep saying them " feel' safe in Portugal, but I look at the news, and it tells a different story. I feel like Portugal is lying about its crime statistics. None of these countries surprise me. This list sounds very accurate.

  14. Europeans have migrated to the US for centuries. They left Europe for various reasons; War, poverty, ect. Now, they romanticize Europe and talk crap about the US. I love Mexico and I think I would be happy there. The US isn't for everyone, but it's the people and the greed that turns me off. I am happy for anyone who has moved and is happy. Honesty is always appreciated. I can always count on that here. You got to love this guy.
