Portugal started the transatlantic slave trade, and Lisbon was slave capital of Europe, and that's the real reason why there are so many black people there. That's the real reason why there are so many black people there. It's not because they love black people. There are no black people in high positions, although they've been there for centuries. Also, you might want to take Brazil off of that list. Violence against black people is common. Police in Brazil kill black people daily.
