  3. Puerto Rico will fall behind Cuba as an Independent country. I'm sorry and I know that Puerto Ricans are going to come after me but I lived there I wouldn't want to imagine Puerto Rico without assistance from the US. Many Latin American countries would love to be able to come and work in the US without a work permit. Puerto Rico has never been self governed , not that it can't but the corruption would be even worse. There are a lot of talented people living on the island. Anyway, the Puerto Ricans should decide but they should let Brexit be an example. It should be well thought out. Buena suerte!
