  2. Some people should not work with the public. Having said that, Latinos always expect everyone to speak Spanish. This is not a Spanish speaking country. They need to try to speak English if they are going live here. Some have lived here for years and never even try to learn the basics. No excuse for rudeness, but it is frustrating for many Americans when Latinos don't even try to learn English and them want to be served. We should not be expected to learn Spanish to serve immigrants.
