  1. Some information is incorrect. Christopher Columbus was not Italian- he was Portuguese from the city of Cuba in the south of Portugal.

  2. @World Class He wasn' t really from Italy. His father was a Portuguese Prince and his mother was Jewish with the last name Zarco. His real first name was Salvador. If you notice, he made his voyage the same year Spain and Portugal expelled the Jews.
