Cause according to common sense terrorising only makes sense when you are killing a ''rebel'', one who opposes you not one that you already control. And yeah sounds quite sensible, he would risk further UN sanctions and condemnation, worldwide hatred, risk of excuse for Western invasion and unpopularity only to terrorise by bombing and killing people of a region ALREADY under his command with very limited observation from the Syrian people since it's not in a capital city. Are you on drugs or are you a typical paid troll?? FYI both UN observations as well as Obama himself had confirmed in 2013 that Syria has no chemical weapons anymore. So yes it's all bullshit....
