  2. The main problem(that the west exploits) with most African countries in my view as a non-African is this: tribalism and endless civil wars. I was reading the history of Sudan and I got a headache with how many civil wars and how many gazillions of conflict parties and affiliations grew like flowers out of nowhere. No country can ever develope and grow with such wars. The west of course exploits that by selling weapons and economically colonising the war-destroyed countries with their so called ''investments''. Idiotic western lovers in African countries buy then and that's how it all ends up that way.
