This is only myth-addled, superstitious reasoning, and has no basis in true humanism.

"It is each individuals responsibility to change their bad behaviour." If they do not know their behavior is bad, they will not change it. "Do not cast it to a specific demographic." Do not ignore the socialization of males, which leads them to understand such behavior as acceptable.

"Never experienced it myself and it's the first I've heard about it ..." I wasn't crazy about the cell phone analogy. However, I don't think the post-office experience she described is at all rare. It may seem that way because it goes unreported. And simply because it's never happened to you does not really mean it's a rare occurrence.
