  4. It's kind of creepy, yeah. Hopefully, the technology would be such that those who wanted their brains read would volunteer to have the required apparatus attached to their heads. It it's a device secretly installed in our computer (or a virus?) that gets our computer to read out thoughts and send them elsewhere, then that is something to be worried about!
