  1. The reason immigration is so large in Russia is because Russia occupied so many non-Russian regions, and still does. If you conquer so much of the world, then yes, people come with it, if you don't like that, then leave occupied territories. Russians only have the Russian state to blame for this.

  5. I wouldn't say 'must' but I would say 'will'. It's not a moral obligation, it's just a practical fact, if you occupy nations, your's will see an influx of those who are occupied.

Once more Grangil, my argument is not a moral argument, it is a practical one, I'm not saying nations there's a duty or anything, I'm saying imperial powers are attractive destinations, and if you don't want to be an attractive destination, don't be an imperial power. I don't feel guilt, but I acknowledge the British empire is the reason the UK is such a popular immigration destination.

  8. Venezuelans will be free, socialism is dying of it's own accord, to be replaced with a humane capitalist society with a safety net, that encourages enterprise and ambition, without punishing bad luck.

  9. Russians aren't to blame to the extent any people that lets itself get subjugated by an authoritarian state is not the blame, certainly one cannot be held accountable for the aggressions of others, but the onus remains solely on you to end them.

  11. Ultimately, the chances of our government deporting migrants who are already here is basically non-existent, so though migration will fall, migrants aren't going to go away, and we do need to learn to live with them, as well as them learning to live with us.

  12. Colombia is better off than Venezuela despite having a fraction of it's resources, similar demographics and history. The main difference is socialism, so obviously that is to blame. Except Venezuela is one of the most corrupt countries on Earth already so no more can go to the politicians than already does.
