On your original video being copyright-striked: I don't quite understand the motivation behind chasing a single use of copyrighted material- on one hand, them not pursuing you sets a precedent that says, "hey you can use my song and not pay me!" On the other hand, would that really help? They made no money from it, lost time, and mp3 converters are a thing. It's impossible at this point; the Internet is too big to control.
