  1. John Jacobs Chicago could solve this damn problem if it just swallowed its pride and copied NY's policies. Dumbasses evicted people during rebuilding housing, then the police cooperated with the gangs to arrest drug dealers, then took their leaders out, creating more dealers and the trigger happy kids with AKs. If they had included mixed-use housing and integrated rich and poor, the city would be well on the track to a third major U.S. culture.
