My guess is that (if the economy/government doesn't completely collapse) Putin will finally get off his ass and start promoting businesses development in Russia... for the first time since 1910's, sad. There is a small chance (especially since most people cannot leave except through Finland, so brain-drain is halted), that the government will start allowing free enterprise to survive. This was also the case in 2014, but it angers me that the loans for starting businesses, and the interest on those loans, is so high. And the state seizure of assets, and random arrests. Is it any wonder no one wants to be an entrepreneur there?
