@jm-je4tl I'd say it's cleaner and much more organized, but more beautiful? The roads cutting though the city center (I mean, literally you can drive up to McCormick) rob it of its potential beauty. It's just too hollow and cold (not in the weather sense, although that's also true). The fact that there are no vista terminations (ie the street grid stretches beyond the horizon in every direction) makes it feel wide open and unwelcoming... IMO of course
