  3. That works fine, until you consider that NFKRZ could have just been shot and killed, instead of punched. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Trying to protect yourself with a weapon your enemy already has is a short-sighted and primitive way to deal with things, and while it keeps the rate of violence steady, it also escalates the severity of the crime. Fist or bullet?
