@petermersch9059 Ehhh.. unless you're eating literally no carbs whatsoever, you're not going into ketosis. Your body will only start metabolizing ketone bodies once it's run out of glucose--- when you eat sugars has no effect on that likelihood. Also, I'd try not to make sweeping generalizations about an era so far removed from ours.
