  1.  RTX3090 SLI owner  Which part of the UNCLOS are you talking about? As far as I'm aware, it states that only 12 nautical miles out from the shore of a country is legally within its jurisdiction, and an additional 6 miles for exclusive fishing rights. This does not include governance over constructed islands or facilities constructed on reefs, as the Chinese government has recently done. Not to mention, the claim overlaps with the 12-mile legal area of other countries, and China seems unwilling to compromise on this, despite the fact that those countries are also legally guaranteed their own space (if China is using the UNCLOS as the legal reason for their claim.) They cannot ignore this conflict of legal claims forever.
