@valeriavagapova I'm not sure, but it'll be interesting to see if Russia does anything besides military with the Arctic. As far as I know, Westerners (tourists in general) are less comfortable going to Siberia than they are to Norway or Alaska- it's a national image problem, I think. So I don't know how much tourism Russia will get from this. But I'm almost certain they will charge hefty prices for ships passing through their waters, as they already do with airplanes over Siberia.
