The thought is, the perception of the conflict will influence its outcome. This is not to say that Russia us doing well, but does it not come to your mind that Ukrainian losses are never really reported unless they are civilian? Whereas countless western outlets fall over themselves to report on the latest drone strike or Russian solider that got caught in crossfire?
