@Lucas De Araújo Marques This is what annoys me about progressives (even though I am one): they love to "make a statement" by trying to appeal to optimism. They think that rallying everyone together and using words like "community", "marginalized" and "systemic". They refuse to accept the reality of the situation because their American ideals have convinced them that individual's feelings and actions matters most. And that problems can be solved individually. Maybe when California completely dries up, then they'll start taking it seriously and thinking in terms of a group- angry crowds forcing the government, or companies, to act.
