@tamasvarga67 Not really. The marginal rate would be highest for those who already have millions (if they were actually investing that money, they wouldn't have those millions). It's unused potential by people who don't need it for themselves. Poor and middle class people wouldn't be affected much at all. It's a progressive tax system, that's how it works.
