@inspectator9384 Fair enough, I appreciate your consistency. That being said, someone taking advantage of their military rank doesn't make them incorrect, or a foreign agent. It just sounds like a way to avoid addressing the real points they are making. And you call them oligarchs, others call them billionaires. They're both criminals, the non-Western ones just get a fancy name.

It depends. The Dniepr region had become 50/50 after 2014. Before then, everyone spoke Russian in every place outside of the far western regions. But things have changed as a result of the conflict.
