@krapsenhelb180 Yes. It is a member of NATO, and stayed in NATO even after it decided to bomb those countries. It is a founding member, and contributes alot of its oil money to it. If Norway had reservations about the immigration impact of bombing poor countries, it could have withdrawn from NATO at any time. But it didn't.
