  1. Same with Russia. MILLIONS of square kilometres of steppe, perfect for farming cannabis, and yet it's heavily illegal. The people are also very creative in traditional crafts (carpentry, sculpture, machinery) but the government refuses to invest in anything besides oil. I suspect you feel the same way about Brazil not using the Amazon to sell exotic fruits, extremely rare medicines, and (sustainable) exotic hardwoods-- instead of just selling beef and soy?

  4.  @fredwu7169  The U.S. isn't much better but at least they don't try to turn the whole country into a vassal state. They allow and encourage other countries to create their own things, instead of sending raw materials to a more wealthy country.
