@maxwell6411 Probably immigrants. Russia, despite all of its flaws, is much more culturally accepting than China. Each of the nations in Russia has it's own region and official language, and in Dagestan women are veiled according to Islamic law. So it makes sense that people running away from China would go to Central Asia, then Russia
