  1. Hey I have a question, is what the lady said at 7:31-41 true? From what I've studied, fat is just excess sugar (usually sucrose, not glucose or fructose) that the body turns into fat. So how could her blood sugar levels be "normal?" Is she lying, genetically unlucky, or...?
