  1. Besides pronunciation, Polish is actually VERY easy to learn. Native speaker and I haven't yet come across any spelling inconsistencies whatsoever. It is literally one sound = one letter (or pair), but it is wholly internally consistent, sound-wise. Pretty cookie-cutter European language.
