  6. In what world? Source needed. For the most part, they take on the most brutal jobs that Americans refuse to take— certain crop fields need manual labor, they're brutal in the summer. They put in way more than they get back out, especially because they can't get government benefits.

  11. Many cities have car-sharing programs and they make alot of sense, but it's weird that she said the NEIGHBOR'S car should be shared. If the neighbor (presumably) bought the car, why should he have to share it? Leave it to a rental car company to handle that, why is she talking about people loaning out their personal car for strangers?

That doesn't mean it can't be done, and since the developer wants everyone to have experience with a Finnish-style 'sauna' specifically, they should do it that way. The fact that it was even settled out of court (barring some technicality like the way evidence was procured rendering it inadmissible) seems to suggest that it was inappropriate, but not sexual in nature.
