  2. ​ @publiusventidiusbassus1232  we still don't know what "inappropriate" means. If Doc really did do p**o stuff he'd probably be reported, NDA or not. The one thing might be 'this information was illegally obtained so it can't be used in court' but otherwise he's probably just a weird guy.

  4. ​ @PrinterStand  Would the abritrator not have a legal obligation to report any sexual misconduct involving children to police? The fact that it was even settled out of court (barring some technicality like the way evidence was procured rendering it inadmissible) seems to suggest that it was inappropriate, but not sexual in nature.
