  1.    You're already showing flaws in your logic. While we can't really assume anything about aliens, I don't think it would be a stretch to say that they are intelligent enough to leave their own planet, and are capable of individual, careful thought. As such, you can't generalize with "they are bad" or "they are good". Just like with humans, some will be good, some will be bad, others will be in the middle.
