  1. One note, heat naturally travels up and it has to go somewhere after the heatsinks absorb it. So you'd either need to put (stylish) vents somewhere in the desk's surface for the heat to actually radiate away— or be content with just delaying and spreading out the heat over time (but it radiates in the same general areas as all the PC components).
