@ennieminee4470 I think you're twisting the definition of skill, then. "Skill" =/= training, and the explanation you gave doesn't at all match with most people's understanding of "skill." The fact that you had to say 'no, you're wrong, THIS is what that word means' tells me that the definition of skill you gave is just a way to mask the inequality in pay relative to daily effort on the job. Mental and physical effort aren't the same and can't be totally quantified, but productivity can be increased in high-training jobs by working fewer hours, because mental focus has limits. Whereas, to increase productivity in a physical job, you either improve technology... or just work harder. It's not low-skill. Low training, but not low skill.
