  1.  @therambler3713  Because, the market has heavy restrictions on it. Very aggressive anti-trust laws, pay caps for CEOs, mandatory paid sick days, vacation time, and parental leave, they all reduce the amount of capital that a person or company can create and hold onto. It's not fully capitalist, and it's obviously not communist, so it's better described as a mix of both- socialist.
